At Third Stone we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
You have the right to a refund or exchange if your item is deemed to be faulty or if it is different to that shown or described on our website.
If you are unhappy with the size or fit of your item we are happy to offer you a store credit or exchange for a different item. Refunds are not offered for incorrect fits.
How to return goods
To return any goods to Third Stone you must first contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. You can contact the customer service team between the hours of 8.00am – 5.00pm AEST Monday to Friday by emailing email@example.com or by calling +61 409 821 579.
Then, along with any instructions we supply, simply return your hat in original condition with your receipt within 14 days from the date of purchase.
Refunds and exchanges will be processed within 7 working days of receiving the parcel. Refunds are issued in the same form of payment that was used to purchase the product. Once the refund has been issued we will email a confirmation to the email address provided in your order.
Who pays for the return?
It is your responsibility to cover the cost of shipping the item back to our return address.
If merchandise is exchanged due to our error, the shipping of your replacement item will be provided free of charge by us.
Please carefully package your return, ideally in the original shipping carton, along with its packing materials. Enclose a copy of the sales receipt and please indicate your RA number on the box for the fastest response.
We recommend that you use Australia Post Express Post when shipping a return or exchange.

If you are sending your item back for an exchange then once it has been processed and re-shipped a confirmation email with tracking information will be sent to the email address provided on your original order.
We are unable to cover the cost of shipping for international exchanges due to high shipping costs. Payment to cover shipping costs must be made prior to completing the exchange. One of our staff will be in touch with you for payment details.
